Stylelina is operated by Pii Mobile Limited ("we"). This policy describes what we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Information we collect
- Account identifier. Email and display name from Google or Apple sign-in.
- Wardrobe photos. Photos of clothes you upload to the app.
- Chat messages. Messages you send to the Stylelina AI and the AI's replies.
- Style preferences and feedback. Body info, style preferences, and outfit feedback you provide.
- Approximate location (optional). Device location, when you opt into weather-aware recommendations.
- Diagnostic data. Standard server logs (timestamps, request paths, IP address).
How we use it
- To generate outfit and styling recommendations.
- To remember your preferences across sessions.
- To operate, secure, and debug the service.
Sharing your data
We do not sell your data. We do not share it with advertisers, data brokers, or any third party for their own purposes.
Third-party services that process your data
- Google Cloud Platform — Vertex AI. Vertex AI processes your chat messages so the stylist can answer. Under Vertex AI's enterprise terms, Google does not use customer prompts or responses to train its models.
Retention
We keep your account data, wardrobe, and conversations while your account is active. Email privacy@stylelina.com to delete your account; we remove your data within 30 days.
Security
Data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest. Access to production systems is limited to operators on a need-to-know basis.
Children
Stylelina is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 13.
